"Turnkey" Project undertaken by Nantong Sunshine---Jiangsu Huai'an Feiyang Waste Acid Concentration During Titanium Dioxide Production pilot ran successfully.
Jiangsu Huai'an Feiiyang Titanium Dioxide is a company which devotes itself to environment protection. So this company increased the investment in it in recent years, and corporated with Nantong Sunshine in the project of waste acid concentration during titanium dioxide production in 2007.
The project of waste acid concentration during the titanium dioxide production divides into two parts:Primary tail gas concentration and secondary tail gas concentration. The primary part is to use the kiln tail gas to concentrate the waste acid of 25% concentration to 30%.The secondary steam concentration part is to vaccum concentrate and dehydrate the waste acid of 30% concentration by saturated vapor and make its concentration to 60%.
Nantong Sunshine appointed a debugging group combined with engineering technical personnel to pilot run the project on December 2007.After 24 hours continous working ,the project is successfully run.It's the first time to successful run for 5 days, and the concentration of waste acid reaches 70% which surpassed the anticipated target.
This successful run of the project indicates the waste acid treating level of Huai'an Feiyang steps into the leading rank of countrywide titanium dioxide industry, and also proves the advanced nature of waste acid technology and units developed by Sunshine.
